Francesco Amoruso is professor of Italian literature at the Pontano Institute in Naples and subject expert in Contemporary Italian literature at the University of Naples Federico II. He studied Modern Philology and Disciplines of Performing Arts at the Federico II. He coordinated the writing workshop of the seminar «Scritture in transito tra letteratura e cinema» (Federico II), held by Silvia Acocella. He edited the anthology Stanze (Dante&Descartes, 2020), he studied television serial narration and he has dedicated studies to Charles Bukowski (Il Terebinto, 2020) and to Carlo Emilio Gadda and Massimo Troisi, with speeches presented at the latest conferences of the Association of Italianists (ADI) and the Italian Society for the Study of Literary Modernity (MOD). He contributes to the «Oblio» project.
