Imma Iaccarino

Imma Iaccarino is a doctoral scholar at the Istituto di Studi Italiani of the Università della Svizzera Italiana, where she collaborates on a research project on the literary anatomies in seventeenth-century Italy. Her research interests concern the interaction between anatomy, literature and the arts, with a focus on emblematics. She obtained her master's degree in Modern Philology at the University of Naples Federico II, with a thesis on the mise en abyme.
