Sara Cardilicchio studied Comparative Languages and Cultures at the University of Naples L’Orientale. She graduated with a thesis in Russian Literature on Geršenzon’s reading of Puškin's works. She finished her studies in Comparative Literatures and Cultures at the same University, with a thesis in Russian Literature focused on the Puškinian influence in Nabokov’s prose and poetry. She won a scholarship at the Vysšaja Škola ėkonomiki of St. Petersburg.
